“We stayed a few days for a getaway and it was a very quiet. The view is not the nicest as you are in front of a big run down factory looking building with some broken windows but we did not spend much time looking out the windows. It had mostly everything we needed, and it was worth the price! Id recommend for a cozy quiet clean place to stay. The communication with the property manager was great. Thank you for offering your home. ”

“An older house has been subdivided and 4 condos have been put in. Everything is like new, it appears the renovations have recently been completed. The condo has a modern finish and is very nice. It has two parking spaces. The AC was very cold, and bed comfortable. Only issue was VRBO had this in Central El Paso, not West side, but actually worked for us, should be corrected by now. ”

“When we decided we wanted to spend some time in Las Cruces this winter, we knew that we wanted to be near Old Mesilla. I had lived in El Paso for years, and Las Cruces in general and Mesilla in particular were frequent destinations. Our accommodations were perfect. “The pictures don't do it justice. This is a luxury condo. It's very clean, granite countertops, fully stocked, and overall top notch. Both my husband and I said we'd stay here again when in Las Cruces. Everything was thought of in advance so that we didn't want for anything. Extra blankets, cleaning supplies, etc. Just great. ”

On the first floor: a single car garage (opener provided), a living room with flat screen (good internet connection), outdoor eating/hanging out area with gas firepit, full kitchen with granite countertops and a half-bath. Upstairs (long stairway to accommodate the high ceilings) there's a master (king bed) with full bath, and two smaller bedrooms (each with full bed) and jack-and-jill bath. Very comfortable and clean.
