“It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……

“We were there for business and the location is in the industrial area which was convenient for us. The first room we got was super small, you could barely walk. The we asked for a bigger room. The hotel was kind enough to arrange a bigger room for 2 people. When we were checking out, the hotel asked us to pay for the nights we stayed at; however, we already made the payment upon making reservation thru hotels.com. The hotel told us that they didn't receive any payment from Expedia so the staff……

“Great location and own parking is a great option for that area”

“這是一間很有品味的酒店，但由於是入住公共房間，發現不少問題，包括噪音問題。我住的是b床位，混合宿舍，因近門口的關係，不知為何除了出入聲以外，更不時有一些鑿牆的聲。我共住兩晚，其中一晚更有人在凌晨二時入住，很大聲講thank you。雖然是有禮貌，但整個宿舍都聽到他入嚟。歐洲人沒有日本人般自律，總是在宿舍談電話或做其他事。上隔床面向街道很光猛，八個床位之內，只有兩個(F或H)可能比較靜，其他都不太好。由於沒有早餐的關係，要自行付費，但質素還是可以的。”
