“Beautiful property, better than I expected. Very clean upon arrival. Had plenty of kitchen and pantry essentials Plenty of room for the 6 of us, would actually sleep 8 people. Extra bonus we were able to bring our dog. Shed had bikes and helmets for kids to use, we brought their scooters which they were able to ride around the community. Beautiful private beach and definitely a short walk. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Thanks to our great host Rob!”

“The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there. However, I had interaction with two others and the experience with them was very pleasant! Breakfast staff was extremely welcoming and friendly! “This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!”

“Ray offered to get us into the house before the actual check in time. The house is fully equipped and in the best location. We were 2 families travelling with adult children, everyone is very active - this house has so much to offer, the pool, ping pong table, work out space, and so much more. We did not rent a car but we were able to walk into town every day and Sag Harbor is the cutest little town. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you Ray!”
