“Nice and new.”

“Facility was clean and well maintained, and staff is also friendly. We loved the room with the balcony, and the pool was heated so we could swim a bit even though the weather was in the 60s. However the walls are thin so there was a lot of noise throughout the night and early morning, usually banging noises I assume from people walking in their rooms and outside, and also opening/closing the dressers in the rooms. Overall a pleasant experience! ”

“This is a newly completed/renovated property. Hopefully with time it will develop to a better condition and as it’s advertised, luxury. But right now expect minimal comfort and amenities. It’s like a motel and not a hotel; not worth the price tag. ”

“The location is great its right on the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Only issue was they had told us the fire pits would be working nightly and they only turn on for the weekends. We would have also enjoyed more activities throughout the week. They also memtioned a complimentary drink but we never reveived one. ”

“The Place where is very convenient, It’s close to Montauk Tower Lighthouse. We drive around 15mins to there. We went to on the Thanksgiving weekend. ”

“we had a lovely stay in this apartment! it was very spacious and comfortable. The pull out couch was also surprisingly very comfy! Mark and Nancy were very responsive and helpful. ”

“It feels like home, you can bring your own things to cook, the season is not yet here, many restaurants around are not open yet.”

“Very lovable place. Frequent visitor. The room we had did not have a working remote for air conditioner. Was a little uncomfortable sleeping on one humid night. ”
