“Lovely Villa and outside area for 10 adults (8 x 18-22 yr olds and 2 parents). There was also a sofa bed so could have easily of fitted 2 more people.The only downside we had was there was no AC in 4 of the bedrooms but we've been told by the villa manager it is being fitted over the winter.If you want to venture out, I would definitely hire a car(s) from the airport for the week need as the bus and even taxi service in this area was poor to non existent. Right next to a lovely pub which did……

“La casa ideal, distribución, situación, entorno. Pedimos una batidora, cafetera, y cuna, y nos lo sirvieron enseguida. El único inconveniente las hormigas.”

“La cour fermée est agréable. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était d'un vert trouble. Le loueur a jeté dedans des blocs de chlore. Après 2 jours elle est devenue baignable mais on en sortait les yeux rouges. Après 2 jours elle redevenait verdâtre. La villa est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue : des loquets cassés, un ventilateur de plafond qui ne marche pas, le micro onde en panne, un placard de cuisine sans fond, des carreaux de carrelages……

“Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. ”

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados. Tout était parfait. Le logement est très fonctionnel. À proximité du Aldi. L'espace de stationnement se fait en face du logement et est sécurisé grâce à un accès avec portail électrique. Nathalia (la personne assurant l'accueil sur place est très sympathique et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes)Nous serions ravis de revenir une prochaine fois.”

“Great property for the family of which there were 10 from 5 to 60 years.good outside space and great for the pool.All the equipment that we needed for the kitchen and bbq.The only down point was that it needs a good clean including the bbq that has not been cleaned for a while, we cleaned it up a bit to use it but I think previous tenants miss understood when it said clean after use in the villa manual.Enough of that small negative we thought it was value for money and give it 5stars.”
