“Sehr ruhige und schöne Wohnanlage. Der Gemeinschafts Pool befindet sich wenige Meter hinterm Haus. Mit dem Auto sind sind die Strände ab 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein großes Shoppingcenter befindet sich in der Nähe, wo mann auch sehr lecker essen gehen kann. Vielen Dank. Spanien ich komme wieder.....”

“Que du positif. Bel appartement avec climatisation (très utile), belle terrasse dans un quartier très calme. Télévision avec chaines françaises, belges, etc. Jardins et piscine d'une propreté rarement vu. En plus un emplacement protégé pour la voiture.Seul petit point à revoir; le nombre de transats à la piscine (6), il faut de la chance pour en avoir un.”

“Nice little find , great location right where we wanted to be. Property had everything we wanted and we had access to the swimming pool right outside. We were close to local bars and restaurants and near a supermarket. 10 mins to La Zenia Boulevard and 10 mins to La Zenia Beach. Cabo Roig was a 20 minute walk, lots of bars there and places to eat . Roz the owner was really nice and it was a pleasure to meet her. Host typically got back to me within 5-10 mins. Loved it! ”

“Another great stay on Las Ramblas.The property, as I have reviewed before, is as advertised and is perfect for our needs.A little bit of constructive criticism - the property could do with a bit of TLC. The front bedroom and bathroom ceilings could do with painting and the sunbed cushions need replacing.We will be looking to return next year.”

“The propery, was immaculate, it looks over the pool, very safe complex, with bars restaurants and a Lidl store across the road, we would stay there again and the owner was so helpful and polite, 10 out of 10.”

“Philippe's property is excellent value for money.He is in good contact before and after the holiday. The property manager met us at 1am after a late flight and talked us through the building.We used the aircon on an evening and left the place in the same spotless state we arrived to it in.There were no extra charges to us.There are a few minor bits that are broken etc, but nothing to stop any holiday.If its available book this property.. I can't recommend it highly enough. ”

“Great apartment, lovely owners organised us lifts to and from airport, private roof terrace , 4 great pools I didn’t use them as my daughter grown now but they never looked over busy , ten min walk to numerous restaurants and bars and 5 minutes walk to a huge Lidl will definitely book again ”

“Ya la primera impresión al entrar al apartameto no fue la esperada puesto que no estaba como en las fotos que ponía en el anuncio.1º la terraza exterior no tenía mesa para poder comer fuera como apareía en las fotos,2º ponía que tenía secadora, tabla de planchar, papel higiénico, no era cierto, ni siquiera 1 rollo de cortesía,3º la barbacoa que aparecía en las fotos estaba bien, cuando vimos la barbacoa, estaba toda sucia, oxidada y en muy mal estado, toda llena de porquería encima que no la……
