Stunning 6 Bedroom Villa available for rental in the Disney area, in the upscale Champions Gate Resort, one of the best high end resorts in the United States, featuring luxury homes in a safe, gated, golf community, just 15 minutes away from Disney World, and just minutes away to Orlando's most famous attractions, fine restaurants, supermarkets and much more.

Come stay in our luxury home that features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms open kitchen concept, game room, videogame, BBQ grill complimentary and a private heated pool with a nice SPA (Extra charged at $25 per night stay). Here you and your family will have great moments.

Our home is very well located in Champions Gate with short walking distance to the most extravagant club house, "The Oasis," where you will find various pools, a beautiful lazy river, water slide, water splash, gym, volley courts, movie theater, aerobic room, arcade, bars restaurants and much more.

If you enjoy playing golf Champions Gate also features golf courses, surrounded by 36 holes of golf offered through the Omni Hotel. If you enjoy playing golf, Champions Gate is considered one of the best golf communities in the Orlando area.

Notes: 1- Stainless steel gas BBQ grill free of charge. (Propane not included)
2- During extreme cold days, the heater could not reach adequate temperature due to heater safety features to avoid overheating)
3- No boats, Big trailers and RV's permitted to park inside the community.

Ground Floor

Bedroom Queen - Queen size bed, shared bath and 32 inch Smart TV.

The living room is open and spacious with a sectional sofa to relax and enjoy the 55 inch TV. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area.

The large dining area seats ten around the table and another four at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked granite and slate kitchen appliances are ready for you.

The Avatar game room is equipped with a Playstation 4 with games, high table with bar stools, Foosball Table and Air Hockey Table.

Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.

This family friendly home also offers free local calling and free WIFI.

Pool Deck

The Screened Pool has an integrated jacuzzi and 3 lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun.

Pool heating available at an extra charge of $25.00/day. (During extreme cold days, the heater could not reach adequate temperature due to heater safety features to avoid overheating)

BBQ area with table for 6 people and a stainless steel gas BBQ grill free of charge. (Propane not included)

Home Theater – 2 cinema sofas, 110 inch screen with smart DVD (Netflix and Amazon Prime), cable TV and soundbar.

Master Suite - King size bed, 32 inch Smart TV, Closet and private bathroom with shower room and bath tub.

Champions Gate Rental

Great block and location. House fell a bit short on expectations though. Kitchen cabinets and refrigerator had to be scrubbed. Lighting was not great but Gilberto did send in a handyman to install additional lighting. We had issues with the pool and they attempted to have it fixed (he did credit the pool heating fee back). However, we missed out on enjoying the pool for large parts of our stay while this was being worked on. Furniture was fine, beds were fine. We did have some issues with kitchen storage as two of the pantry areas were reserved for owners as opposed to one in previous houses we stayed in. Overall, the house was OK, but there were issues that came up that were disappointing. Gilberto did try to resolve it, and was pleasant to deal with, but at the end of the day, I was expecting a seamless vacation.

Great spot for multiple families!

Overall a great stay at Champions gate. House was clean and as pictured in the listing. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids and we did not feel over crowded, lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was good, they addressed any of our needs in a timely manner. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more kitchen items available, but it was manageable. We would book this again.

We enjoyed the place, but thought it would be nicer for the price

It was a bit pricy for what it was--the listing looks much nicer than what it was, but we thoroughly enjoyed having our own pool and hot tub. The dishwasher and blender were both broken. The hot tub wasn't heated the very last night and the contact for the property didn't respond due to a big time change...I guess there was another property manager, but we weren't aware of that contact, which was unfortunate to not have the hot tub on our very last night.

Was upset that there was a game missing in the game room hockey table was damaged the PlayStation hdmi cord kept disconnecting and the remotes didn’t work in the bedrooms was annoying to keep having to get up to turn the tv down other then that it’s great property I love champions gate right close oasis’s club with the water park lazy river and tiki bar I love it nice and clean lots of things to do that’s near for everyone even babies my 8mth old love it her first vacation

Overall it was a great place …. A few things to note …. The kitchen is not well stocked - for us we live close enough that we grabbed some more stuff to cook with, the water does not get very hot for showers …. But other than that it was good!

Love Week Away

A lovely, spacious villa that gave us a comfortable place to relax with friends after some hectic days. It had everything (and more) that we could ask for - large areas for entertainment from the pool / BBQ to a games room and great chill spaces from the cinema. The property was great-house was great- BIG ISSUE with your vetting process. Many homes in the community had super large groups, snuck people in, there was a huge gang fight at the pool which scared our kids and there were people up partying with large groups until 2-3AM- we notified security many times--they did nothing. The community needs to uphold the standards they advertise. we she not be concerned about our families safety when going to a resort community pool-also there was a hidden charge from the owner about heating the pool and hot tub--feel like things were advertised alot better than the reality

Exactly as advertised

I have stayed at Champions Gate several times over the last few years, and this is the first time everything went smoothly from day 1. Hot tub and pool heat worked perfectly all week, wifi connected immediately, BBQ was clean and ready to go and all appliances worked fine. Although the backyard privacy wasn't great, the pictures in the listing showed this in advance, so it wasn't a surprise. Would definitely rent again.

Worst experience

We waited 3-4 hours to get ahold of manager and owner to let us in . They never sent me an email with the code . The gate didn't have our names to get in and we all had to stay in a hotel the first night. The next day they finally reached out. We went to the house and the air hockey table was broken, the refrigerator door was broken there was no games for the PlayStation to play. No directions on how to use movie screen for movie room. Would not recommend this house at all!

Great House Horrible Property Manager

The house has the potential to be great but the property manager (vacations4u) are awful. Adequate cleanliness upon arrival but certainly not "clean". More like a quick tidy. Fridge wasn't working, was in pieces 3 days in a row at dinner time! Freezer never worked properly for the 10 days we were there. Ice maker never worked despite several reminders to management. Kept finding numerous small items needing attention that should have been caught prior to us checking in. Poor communication. Kept being told to contact the owner? Why? Don't even have the owners contact info and it's not posted anywhere. Internet virtually useless, kept dropping connection. Good luck trying to stream anything to the big screen. Cable was excellent for choices. Pool and BBQ great. Lots of room for our 9 family members and a quiet house. Property manager hung up on us and seemed generally uninterested. I really don't like posting such a negative review as the house should get 5 stars.

Great place!

House was neat, well kept, linens and towels provided. Great location. Only issue was the freezer didn’t freeze our ice packs and the hot tub heater wasn’t working . Host was responsive and easy to reach.

the family was there for 17 nights over christmas and new year - the villa is great - gilbert and the lady owners of the villa were quick to respond to the suggestions we had - the pool and hot tub are great - the cinema room is nice the sofa there needs to be renewed - the games room in the garage is nice but unnecessarily cold there in the winter - but the children didn't let it get to them - the kitchen was fine, the dishes could be renewed - the pots and pans arrived brand new during our stay - the barbecue was very good.
