the room was nice, also the bathroom was fancy, only complaint is the A.C was rattling and loud, being in Florida i needed to run it all night, i had to use earplugs. Other than that the area was nice also the hotel lobby was nice, and also the pool was grest.

Great day – very convenient. Beds were super comfortable. Check in was great - we are hands off guests so we love the app. We were looking for something close to the parks that was easy in and out and comfortable. It is not fancy – but clean simple and comfortable are perfect for us. The pool looked like it would’ve been great – we did not use it because we were so busy. The only improvement I would make would be to add better lighting – the rooms were quite dim. However, we did not complain or give the property any chance to address that. They might have been able to replace the lightbulbs or something. We were just not there enough to ask.

Let’s starts with the service at the desk, they let me check in early room was ready at no charge. Room was super clean, the minute you open the door you can smell the cleaning supplies. I don’t mind that atleast it lets me know it’s cleaned. 1 negative from the room, the tub had like a slow drain. The water would take forever to go down. Parking lot was cleaned and plenty of spaces. Pool was amazing. Super clean water not cool or hot. Always empty when we were there. 10/10 for the pool. The kiddie pool was a lil disappointing wasn’t working and it always had bugs in it. Talking about bugs there was these huge bugs on the swings and the area with the chairs so we couldn’t enjoy. But the day before we left they had pest control come in so atleast they tried. Over all, besides all the few negatives, i would stay again.

We stay here each year with our family. Its quiet, clean & very safe. There is free parking & easy check-in with keyless entry from your phone. The pool is warm & inviting with plenty of umbrellas & towels for your use. Convenient location close to the parks & restaurants. Microwave, mini fridge & tea kettle with coffee, tea, shampoo, body washes free in your room. Highly suggest bringing your own laundry detergent though because the machine wasnt working for us, however, the laundry uses a debit card, is clean & so accommodating! 5 Stars!

Our stay at Sonder Cirrus was good, the hotel is located ar a good distance from all the parks. Cleanliness could have been better, we found a candy on a corner of the floor probably from a previous guest. The Sonder app makes everything so easy, check-in and check-out were super fast and hassle free.

This hotel has a great location (close to the many theme parks in Orlando). The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed. The hotel also has a laundry room, a swimming pool and a shuttle service to Disney world, which were very nice to have.

Had to enter room code multiple times before it finally unlocks door told front desk they said they fixed it but still was happening.. they don’t offer housekeeping unless you pay $20 fee each time but can get new towels whenever needed..

Nice clean and well-maintained older property. Staff so friendly and available. The grounds are kept lovely, pleasing lobby and clean pool. Very comfy bedding. Spacious rooms. Good shower pressure. Close to WDW parks. Would definitely stay again. Room smells slightly musty upon entry. Improves as AC is turned down. Nonetheless AC cools well.

Please be aware that this hotel doesn’t have any staff after maybe 8 pm? After they leave, quiet hours go right out the window. The grounds become a free for all. Kids and adults in the pool until 1 am yelling and screaming keeping everyone awake. It didn’t feel safe or secure at all. I messaged customer service 3 times and they said they would send security and they never did. Also you can hear EVERYTHING. we had to keep two sound machines and the AC going and ear plugs to get a little relief from the pool noise at night. But you hear very foot step from the neighbors above you and to the sides. Especially when housekeeping comes through it’s like a heard of elephants. If you’re looking for a place to relax after doing the parks all day especially if you don’t have kids STAY CLEAR. me and my husband found out the hard way. If you have loud kids and are used to noise and chaos then you might not mind.
