“We had a great experience staying at the Coastal Farmhouse. It’s so close to Prairie Creek Redwoods! We spent our first 3 days hiking various trails and basking in the beauty of the Redwoods. It’s truly breathtaking. We took the bikes to the ocean which the “kids” labeled the bone yard because of the incredible amount of washed up trees and branches there. You do need to walk over those to get to the beach/ocean. Again just amazing. Plenty of activities and games provided to play in the……

“Our group of 3 had an incredible time at the house and surrounding area. We enjoyed returning home after day trips through the Redwoods, to Eureka, and on hotseback with the Buckerettes. The house was fully stocked and had all the amenities you could ask for. We greatly enjoyed the view, the campfire, and relaxing hot tub. Absolutely wonderful experience...hope to return soon!”

“Really enjoyed staying in this former chapel, the former St Thomas church AFAIK. Neat and tidy, well appointed and provisioned. We chose to sleep on the murphy bed. Great place to stay if you're visiting Redwoods State and National Parks. We saw a herd of Elk at the Orick elementary school yard during calving season - it was magical.”

“This is our 2nd year of staying here in August to celebrate birthdays and our anniversary. It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location and sleeps all 9 of us.. The pool was wonderful and used every day as it was over 100 degrees every day!! The few issues we had last year were all addressed (AC in the pool house, extra fan upstairs). Our only small problem this year was that we couldn't use the dishwasher as there were no dishwasher pods/soap, so we had to do dishes for 9 people after every……
