The well stocked kitchen, the large yard, the family room, and the game room were all big plusses. Our favorite sightseeing spot was Fern Canyon. “Had a great place for some of the family to stay as we came for a family reunion of 62 at the Trinity River Farm. Loved dipping in the pool in the evening after a trip down the river. ”

“Our group absolutely loved our stay in Orick. The home was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and the bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of comforting space. The outdoor space was a great place to unwind. The proximity to redwood national forest made it a great stay for day trips. ”

“We absolutely loved this property. It was actually far better and nicer than the pictures showed. The 2 beds/mattresses were newish and extremely comfortable. Large closet with hangars. Tons of windows and natural light. Kitchen was perfect and very very well equipped for cooking in. The small sunroom with daybed was perfect for morning coffee and watching wildlife. Only note to future renters is that the road in is a single dirt lane - you will likely meet someone during your……

“When we arrived check in was simple the lock box was were it was. Inside the house was clean the beds were made. My kiddos wanted in the pool after we got unpacked. They loved the pool we spent everyday in the pool. The weather is beautiful for pool time. We didn't walk to the river since a sign said no trespassing and no river access. So we didn't want to trepass. My kids loved the water slide. I enjoyed playing basketball in the pool. ”

In range for coast and redwoods day trips, plenty of options in the area to swim, hike, fish, float, etc. The kitchen has plenty of dishes for cooking a proper meal when you bring back goodies from the coast.
