“What a wonderful place to stay!! They have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Upon entering the property we were amazed how clean and spotless it was. With a 3 year old who’s always in the floor this was important to us. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of beach towels. The washer and dryer were great to have and there is a grocery and a Dunkin right across the street! The property is nicely fenced - it’s like you’re in your own little enclave.……

“Love this location, wonderful beach, with orange sand, and no bugs! it’s a great, beautiful , comfortable house with everything needed for a long stay. “This place was amazing and clean just don’t do it pictures we are a bigger family and boys are big boys and their was plenty of room for all of us the host was very helpful and had good communication this is definitely a place we will return to something for everyone our grandson our two teens and all of the adult kids always had something to do or was able to walk or bike to gas station a few mins to walk to it and beach and a short drive to Dayton but out of the huddle and bustle ”

“Stay here was great. The house is small and cute. Had a couple of issues nothing major just the couch bed was broken and the door was hard to unlock. But I messaged the owner and she was quick to respond and very helpful. The area is perfect for a family and is close to some great beaches. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location with a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture had recently been replaced. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs since the chairs that were there are bag chairs and not very comfortable. Beach towels are provided but you need to be careful to not leave any stains on any of the linens or you will incur an additional charge. We would have liked to have been able to enter through the garage area but……

“We couldn't have asked for a better host! We were welcomed with a compete tour and groceries! The cranberry bread was to die for! We loved this house and the dock! We fished (caught a sting ray, catfish, crab and other fish we couldn't figure out), kayaked and walked to the beach. We had dolphins and manatees swim by daily! Lots of great places to eat within 5 minutes drive. This was the best stocked pantry in any house we've stayed in - in over 25 years! Beds are super comfy - water……
