“First class from beginning to end. Host quickly establishes communication as soon as you reserve. The check in and out process is clear and easy. The property is better than the listing describes. The condo is directly on a great section of the beach. The pool was a little cold during our stay because the condo shades it in the afternoon. Nobody cares about the pool temperature when the beach is perfect. Thank you for letting my family enjoy your property. We look forward to visiting again next……

“Beachfront was perfect - amazing view and there is nothing like hearing the peaceful ocean wherever you want. The condo had beautiful interior design and all furnishings were great. Susan was absolutely outstanding with communication, recommendations and was very accomodating (i.e. made sure we had a pack and play for our baby).If I am being really picky, the condo location wasn't as walkable as I thought. ”

“Property was a little more dated than expected - but by the second day - we loved it. We brought our own sheets and blankets and that helped. Location was great; restaurants magnificent; view was extraordinary; and overall great location. We'll be back.”

“We had the pleasure of staying at Bobby's condo, and it was an amazing experience! The space is beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s equipped with all the amenities you could need, and the location is perfect for exploring Ormond Beach. James was a fantastic host, always responsive and making sure we had everything we needed. “This condo is a great corner unit with larger balcony. 3br, 3 bath that was super clean and updated. This place had it all and the owner met us to show us everything and recommended some very good restaurants.Definitely a 5 star property ”

“I just strongly believe that the parking situation should be addressed in the description when you're booking. You are guaranteed a parking spot in the underground garage that has a 6'5" clearance. You are not guaranteed parking outdoors. I found this out AFTER the non-refundable period. I should have been advised of this before. Also, no trailer parking. It wound up that there were parking spots available outdoors for our truck that cannot fit into the garage, but something should be said……

“Unit was large and comfortable, lots of closet space. We had lots of keys for the pool gate. Furniture was very nice. Kitchen was well furnished, including a Keurig and a full size drip coffee pot. There was an electric grill that worked well. There were several beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys in good condiition.”

Everything was as described in the listing and there was everything we needed to be able to prepare our meals and eat in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for all of us, and we appreciated the little touches such as the lighted mirrors, laundry baskets in each room, the availability of bathroom items such as the small shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap (like staying in a hotel……
