“Wir waren zu dritt für 11 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und den tollen Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und auch empfehlen! ”

“Wir waren mit vier Personen für 15 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Das gesamte Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und frisch renoviert. Alle Raüme und das gesamte Anwesen waren super sauber. Checkin und -out waren absolut unkompliziert und wir konnten die Zeiten für Ankunft und Abreise frei festlegen - absolut stressfrei. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit Michela, die sich um alles während unseres Aufenthalts gekümmert hat, absolut top. Bei Anliegen konnten wir uns jederzeit über Whatsapp melden……

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Melissa. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Daniela hat und sehr herzlich empfangen und hat bei fragen innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet und war immer sehr freundlich. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir sogar etwas früher einchecken. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dort befindet sich eine Strandbar an der man essen und trinken kann, die Kellner sind auch sehr freundlich. Außerdem……

“Every part of our experience with the property was wonderful! Booking was very straightforward, and we had a few questions in the days leading up to our stay and Sylvia was both responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have been happier with the house! Everything was very clean when we arrived. We are a family of 5 (children ages 11, 9 and 7); the outside area was perfect for us. The pool was great and the seating meant we could eat outside every evening with a beautiful view of the sea. ……

“Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal da und haben das Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten und dem spektakulären Meerblick einfach nur genossen…Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Elena war wie auch beim letzten Mal perfekt.Wir werden sicherlich auch noch einmal wiederkommen und können jedem das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.”

“The place is really nice, the ambiance and decor is fresh and functinal, you fell like the owner put some thought and effort into this, the layout is great and the furniture and equipment is way above average. There are many plants scattered around giving a nice homey fell. The view is fantastic, much better than on the pictures, always a new angle to look at, mountains, sea, etc. probably one of the better located units in the complex. The only issue we had was the internet connection not……

“We had a very relaxed two weeks in Tertenia. Location (and the whole Tertenia region) is perfect for families who want to enjoy a quiet vacation. The way to the beach is a bit longer as described, but it is close to the village and the car can stay in the village. The house is equipped with everything you need and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace every day!”
