“I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient.
If the apartment has provided more cleaning solutions for customers and the sink is smooth then it should be perfect. Only one……
“There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean.

“It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday.
Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.”
“Very clean and newer property with great amenities and easy access to the Shadwell station. The studio apartment was very spacious compared to even a residence Inn. Will highly recommend to the small hotel rooms around London”
“Great price for London. Not easy to find, but once contacted great service getting instructions to get to and access apartment. Staff even called back to verify entry to apartment. Beds were not great, but were good enough for a weekend out with friends and only need a place to crash after a night out. Close to tube station and only a few stops away from central London. All in all would return and recommend to friends as a great place to stay.”
“The accommodation itself couldn't be faulted. Friendly staff, fresh towels daily, all very nice.
I would however strongly recommend an out-of-hours point of contact in the event of getting locked out of the room.
In fairness, it's entirely my own fault that I locked myself out to begin with (won't be forgetting that mistake in a hurry). But if it wasn't for an upstairs tenant being able to get hold of the correct person to let me back in, I would've had no choice but to try to sleep……
