“It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) . Service-wise the front desk is only……

All front desk and restaurant staff in particular Andres, Bruna and Mary were exceptional with helping us with all our questions and needs. They were great with recommendations for sites as well as dining. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again.”
