“Fantastic views and pool amazing and so clean. The apartment was comfortable with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Adele the owner was very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely time there and with the bonus of being within walking distance to Todi Would stay again! ”

“We spent a fantastic and relaxing week in Maria‘s house. The pool and the wide area provide excellent conditions for the kids to play and have fun. We really appreciated the pool bing surrounded by a fence. The kitchen and the grill area are well equipped to cook some nice Italian dish. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds.Maria is always available in case anything needed and always has helpful recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants and everything else. We would recommend this……

“The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Daniella et Aldo les propriétaires sont charmants et nous avons eu un très bon accueil.La location est très bien ,grande , nous étions 11 et chacun peut trouver un coin pour s’isoler s’il en a envie.Les extérieurs sont magnifiques , très bien entretenus ainsi que la piscine .Les enfants ont apprécié le ping pong ainsi que le baby -foot.La maison est bien située pour visiter les environs.Nos n’avions pas peur de déranger les voisins :nous sommes entourés de champ .Nous avons pu profiter de très……

“What a beautiful and well maintained property in a great area. We took a train to Rome to see some of the famous sights, chilled out by the the pool and soaked up the wonderful local towns rich in history and excellent restaurants.”

“beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own.”
