“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,nous étions avec notre fille de 25 ans et une de ses amies , nous avons adoré l'endroit qui est très nature , accès à l'immense et magnifique plage preciosa, l'hôtel est installé au milieu d'un parc , une expérience hors du commun... La nourriture est délicieuse et variée ,preparée avec soin par Stuart et Jenny. Stuart est charmant et a un très bon relationnel avec ses clients. J'ai juste regretté de ne pas pouvoir vraiment échanger avec lui car mon anglais……

“Une expérience hors du commun le lieu est tout simplement magique. L immersion dans le Corcovado est totale et donne un sentiment de bout du monde sauvage et paradisiaque.le personnel est très accueillant L organisation et la qualité des tours sont excellentes. Le niveau de la restauration est perfectible La signalisation du chemin d accès qui se fait à pied est inexistant c est vraiment dommage car par la plage cela est bien plus difficile. Le confort des bungalows est plutôt sympa Le tout……

“Tres bel endroit, personnel attentionné et très gentil, le barman et manager Mario est toujours disponible pour repondre aux questions et organiser des tours. À quelques pas de ma plage, la nourriture est excellente, que ce soit au dejeuner au diner ou au souper. Seul petit bémol, il n’y a pas d’air climatisée dans les chambres donc un peu chaud mais il y avait tout de meme un ventilateur. ”

“We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Margarita. We had them (Alberto) book our tours and found that if you pay cash (dollars or colones) you save some money on your tours. We did the snorkeling (well worth the money!) - 4 different snorkeling stops, an island stop and a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant. Corcovado Park tour - make sure and take shoes to get wet getting in and out of the boat, as well as shoes to wear while touring the park (they provide a lunch at the part and you are not allowed……

“We loved the location in the view. I realize this was off-season, but their restaurant was not open. Neither was their bar and we did not have any notice of that. Also, one morning the Cook did not show up so we missed the included breakfast. The room was clean And I would stay there again, but just be aware that all services may not be available. The manager was very helpful getting us taxi back-and-forth to the airport.”

“It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. “This is a lovely place, but I can't give it a great review because on the day we checked-in no one was available at the hotel to answer the phone. Answering the phone when you have guest traveling from out of country, and to a very remote location is standard basic custom service. For whatever reason we could not find our email confirmation the day we were scheduled to arrive and we called and called for 5 hours straight on a Saturday between 12noon-5pm and no one answered the phone. “We can’t comment a lot because we arrived late and left early for Corcovado. My Mom had an uneasy feeling about the place. The check in was easy and there was someone available to open the gate early when we left at 5am.”

“Beautiful views when you stay at the top guesthouse. Communication was not good and transportation is limited so pre arrange. The food is good but may close early in off season. I did see a few bugs but over all the place was clean and the air from fans and AC units helped allot”

“Loved this hotel. Excellent food and service. The view were fabulous, we saw toucans, macaws and humming birds from our terrace. We chose to travel from Sierpe and the boat ride to the hotel was very exciting! Would definitely stay again and hope to come back soon!”

“Jinetes de Osa is a nice place, run by nice folks. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ours had 4 beds. The room had bars of soap, but no shampoo, conditioner or other amenities. However the biggest miss was knowledge that there are 270 steps to climb to get to the room. The view was spectacular, The restaurant, a separate business, was very good. We booked a tour through the hotel and were very glad we did, we arrived at Corcovado earlier than everyone else and Rolando was the best guide. He was……
