“This is prime location! Within walking distance to the River Center Performing arts theater. Every place we wanted to go was pretty much on the same street, or within 10 mins. The apartment was clean, with super soft beds. Great experience. Would book again.”

“The house was so cute and perfect for our stay. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. The neighborhood was in a convenient location and we were able to walk to the start/finish line of the race. Would recommend backing into the parking spot, so you can see the cars coming around the corner. It was easy to communicate with Glenda and Timothy, they were so responsive. If we find ourselves back in Baton Rouge, we would definitely stay here again! ”

“The complex is within 20 minutes of practically everything, theres food places walking distance, and a corner store across the street . 10/10 sn: its a little confusing to find at first, but once you do, you can’t miss it again !”

“The house size was great- we enjoyed the location. House has a few issues that if fixed would make the space awesome. We had 10 people staying here with plenty of room for everyone. House has a few issues like leaking shower and wonky kitchen floor that were a tiny bit concerning. Host was very nice. House could use a few more things for guests to use such as kitchen pots and pans. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“Had a little trouble gaining access to the property, but once inside all was well. It was a group of guys in town for the game. Proximity to Tigerland could not be beat Could use some dish towels/oven mitts. But aside from that, it was all we needed and consistent with the listing”

“The property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room, beautiful view on the water, and the home was just as beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and all the beds had the most comfortable bedding. We spent our mornings playing mahjong on the screen in porch while drinking coffee and looking at the water. During the day we went shopping in Saint Francisville and had dinner at the Myrtles. We will definitely be going back. The town of New Roads was so cute. It was raining……

“The experience was beyond imagination and one that forced us to pay $$$ at a hotel on a major football weekend. Just could not stay here and subject ourselves to the absolute filth of the place. The issue list is lengthy- could not access to the apartment on late check-in ( most likely a double booking ). No bath towels, only one half roll of toilet paper in the apartment , no bed sheets in the master bedroom, multitude of bugs crawling all over the floor & sink to the lingering smoke (……
