“We arrived on Friday evening. It was a bit loud with a wrestling tournament and only one elevator working. Impossible to get hot water out of the sink in bathroom. And there was no extra toilet paper - only what was on the holder. Called to get a roll and I had to go down and get it myself :) We have always stayed on the Hilton side.
