“Property is small but housed the six of us quite nicely. Dishwasher was quiet enough to run at night. The personal products were well-stocked. The beach tools (chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler) were very helpful to have available to us. The front and back patios were very pleasant. The location was a quiet street and we felt comfortable taking walks through the neighborhood and reasonable driving distance between our most traveled sites... the Jackie Robinson Training Complex and the ocean……

“The neighborhood and grounds were beautiful. The setting along the river was sublime.We were greeted by the owner and met the housekeeper who helped us immediately with soap etc for the unit.All was promising until we went to the unit. While I understand these are very old cottages, the cottages have NOT been maintained to a habitable condition. We stayed only because we had no where else to go. Upon entry I noticed musty old mold smell. Then I saw the dirty furniture with rips in the……

“We really enjoyed the tour of the farm and all the animals. The host and hostess couldn’t have been nicer. Love the grill and backyard area. Kitchen had everything we needed. The property is lush with beautiful palm tree trees, and flowering trees.”

“Our cottage was dirty. It had a bad odor. The air conditioners were dirty and moldy. There was a mouse which we caught in a trap. Laundry room was totally inadequate. There were gaps between the boards in the floor where you could see to the dirt. The owner was not helpful or nice! She was rather nasty, in fact. The pictures were like glamour shots. Not what it really looked like. I took pictures that show how it really looked. No one would be enticed by those pictures. Avoid this place!”
