“This place looks amazing! Nothing like what I remembered it to be!! Staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and welcoming!! The lady at the desk is great!! Other motels could learn a lot from her!! “This was my first time to North Cascades, Jays Salmon Run Retreat was a perfect fit for myself and my group. Was clean and came with many amenities. The host was easy to get ahold of and always returned my messages. The back yard was adorable. Wish there wasn't a fire ban or else we would have loved to have sit out there. I highly recommend this stay.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your Eagle cabin. It was a relief not having to hear trains at night as was the case with our stays in Index and Cashmere. I would have placed your cabins nearer the road with a view of Mount Baker. It also would have been more personal had we been able to meet someone either checking in or out.”

"The hotel is new. We could do the prior check in online that made the check in time shortened. It offers free parking and complimentary breakfast that fits for our family of 5. The making up service is perfect as we see the cleaning staff made very detail cleaning. The hotel staff were also very friendly to our kids. We love the location near Seattle Premium Outlets. We will visit again if we go to Seattle next time."
