“I enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chair on the dock watching the sun set. The room was comfortable. The staff member I dealt with was pleasant. I normally stay at more expensive options in North Bay and go there two times a year. I would consider this hotel again. The main selling point was the private small beach and the dock with chairs. “Expedia canceled my reservation without giving me a reason. I called Lakeshore Suites directly and they were friendly, sympathetic and took care of my canceled reservation over the phone in a matter of minutes. “Reception and check-in was easy, quick, accommodated me 4 hours early which was extremely helpful. Very polite and professional employees from reception right down to cleaning staff. No complaints about the room at all. Surprising very quiet even with a fully booked hotel. Safe parking I left golf.clubs and fishing gear in my in tinted car and was assured nothing to worry about and they were right. All in all I will use this place over and over. ”
