“Fantastic location in the country - great directions!”

“We came up for my brothers celebration of life service. We drove up from South Carolina. We got a call from the host at 5:00, to ask our arrival time. We let them know it would be late. They went and opened the house and turned on some lights inside and out, so we did not arrive in the dark. The home was amazing. The antiques were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We watched the sunrise on the back porch with coffee. The yard and fields were very busy with deer, rabbits looking for……

“The place was large and roomy, but warm and cozy too. The kitchen was great, and we had 2 ovens, and 2 refrigerators which came in handy. The fireplace added a great touch!”

“We had a phenomenal time at Alan’s mountain home. We skied 2 days, we easily walked to the lift and came home for lunch and went back out. It is so nice to not have to get in your car with the gear. The house is huge and had everything we needed. We had 3 families with young children and we all slept well, felt safe and made amazing family memories. The hot tub was such an amazing experience after a long day of skiing. The kids loved the warm hottub while the snow fell on their heads. We highly……

“Mixed group of 10, 30ish to 60ish, biking, hiking, kayaking , fishing (property has small floating dock) fireside chats, cook outs, book reading, bird watching, music playing etc. Access to the property is a very rocky rural road, but even FedEx can get there. lol The kitchen is really well equipped and in good order. The bedrooms and common areas are clean comfortable and well furnished. TV / Wifi / Wifi Calling all had great service. Highly recommend!”

“Our group was coming from Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, we were so excited to find Whispering Pines almost directly in the middle. The house was exactly like the pictures, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. The weather for our stay wasn't the best, but watching the rain storms come in through the sun room windows was just as good as exploring the town of Bedford. We had the best girls weekend, and will absolutely stay at Whispering Pines again. ”
