“Friends and I really enjoyed the stay, however short it was. Jen was a great host, very responsive and knowledgable about the area and made the stay feel so stress-free and fun. Would absolutely recommend!”

“We had a great time at this place. It's located in a small sub-division next to Ocean's Edge Resort in Brewster MA. It's a couple of blocks from the beach, and a short walk / drive to local restaurants. We did car trips to nearby Cape Cod towns. It was the week before Memorial Day so crowds were down, but it was also unseasonably cold. The host was super helpful, communicative. One weird thing was VRBO itself had some kind of problem where, after I booked it, it didn't have the information about……

“The house is accurately listed - easy walk to beach and restaurants. It was nice to have a yard with seating, hammock and shade for a break from the beach. The shed was stocked with bikes, chairs and some toys. Bikes are old and had flat tires, but I borrowed a pump from a local shop and got 3 out of the 4 ridable. We would stay here again!”

“Small cabin, refrigerator went out before we realized and we lost food. Heater was red tagged, fortunately we did not need it on. Window air conditioner leaked terribly, stuffed a towel around the bottom to stop the gale force wind from coming in. The beach was at the bottom of a bluff we no access except to climb the fence next door!”

“The house is even cuter in person! Exceptionally cozy, super clean, and thoughtful amenities throughout. Kat was an amazing host- very helpful and quick to reply! ”

“Great home for our Easter Weekend. It was exactly as pictured and described. Very nice home with all the amenities. Large rooms, King beds, beautiful kitchen and baths. Great for our group of 6 adults, but there was room for more.Short walk to the bike trail and hiking trails(Indian Lands Conservation Area). Ring Brothers Market is a must see. Looking forward to renting again.”
