“No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again ”

“The reception said my reservation was not there when I check in, though she helped me reserve for it immediately. The wifi is fast, the room is a bit small, in general clean. The location is quite centred and can reach different sights on foot.”

“The Hotel is located in a wonderful environment on top of a forrest hill. The drive up through the woods on a narrow gravel road gives a serene impression and then when you come up to the hotel you see a wonderful building located i a large park overlooking the city. It was well suited a my family with small children and I would not hesitate to stay here again should I be coming to Ostrava again”
