“Situated just off Respublica, the main thoroughfare of the old town of Astana and near to the river banks, the Ramada hotel is a great spot for a staying in Astana. ”

“Basic simple stay, safe, good location walking distance of most things. Power went out for a night, and loud music for two nights. ”

“Overall value for money. However this could be a lot better if housekeeping maintained rooms more thoroughly. IE; checking for bugs in bathroom, whether toilet paper needed replacing and if bed needed making…”

“The sauna and pool is not included in the room price and this was not clear to me. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. ”
