“This was our second stay at MIA Bacalar, and it won’t be our last—our family is already planning a return visit for the Christmas holidays. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could be more varied and satisfying.”

“A unique stay in Bacalar, definitely worth it. Away from the town, nestled in the serene jungle without distractions and crystal clear water down at the lagoon. We took a tour from Bacalar itself on a sailboat, however nice it was we’d probably choose to just stay at the hotel next time - the grounds really are that beautiful. Good to know that wifi is a bit unstable (we hade some issues when trying to pay our taxidriver). ”
