“El Sr. Rolando fue un gran anfitrión durante nuestra estadía en Bacalar. Tuvimos un percance médico y el nos asistió durante ese tiempo que no sabíamos para donde ir. También nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones para comer rico, tour a la laguna de 7 colores y todo a buen precio en el area al igual que para irnos a dar un masaje. La estadía en este hotel fue perfecto especialmente por el Sr. Rolando y sus atenciones. ”

“Great property, most of the staff were super kind and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing! The only thing that bothered me were the guests at 7am in the pool screaming and wilding out and then again until 10:30pm when we were told that noisy times were between 9am -9pm. My husband is Mexican, I speak Spanish very well and the ladies at breakfast weren’t nice to me and making remarks thinking I didn’t understand the first morning so I sent my husband for the next days. Overall it’s a great……

“The room was large and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The food at the restaurant was very good although they were closed a couple of the days/times we wanted to eat. In a safe area and walking distance to everything you could need. I would definitely stay again. ”

“Fue una estancia espléndida el hotel es muy hermoso , recomiendo pidan la habitación frente a la laguna es cama king pero es la más espectacular , la laguna está justo enfrente y te prestan kayaks y pádel boards lo cual es muy divertido para recorrer la laguna a lado hay un establecimiento que te da los paseos y te lleva a recorrer y meterte a nadar en la isla de los pájaros y el canal de los piratas , para ir al centro puedes ir caminando o en taxi cobra 50 pesos allá hay muchos restaurantes y……
