“My boyfriend and I stayed one night here in April, 2025. The hotel was nice enough. The Staff, both at check in and check out, were wonderful! They were both very friendly and happy to answer our questions about the area. Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the laundry room, then the breakfast area, then the lobby, which did make for some noises. The room was your basic hotel room. The TV could have been bigger. I believe the one in there was a 32" (or smaller). The bathroom……

“There was a good selection of different food available in the area.But in the room they didn't have a coffee pot,the first time ever with out a coffee in the room.”

“Hot tub jets barely worked, and it could have been cleaner. We had the suite, and the mattress on the pullout sofa was not usable. Springs were almost coming through the material. ”

“I didn’t like they didn’t have the amenities that was listed on the website!! My room didn’t have heat, the room, towels, bathroom was dirty.”

“I waited at the front desk for check in for over 10 min. There were two employees behind the desk. One was on the phone addressing a past customer 's problem. The other one was sitting down behind the counter folding papers and doing nothing. Very Disrespectful. The dining staff and cleaning staff were Top Notch. Especially Deb in the dining room. Excellent customer service, was very polite and welcoming and warm. Cleaning crew were Great. Although the check in was rocky and I thought of leaving……

“This was a great place to land while moving into town. They allowed my cats to stay which was very important. Our room overlooked the lobby and got a little loud late in the evening. But it didn’t go too late so it ended up be ok. ”

“Staff was extremely polite and courteous. The hotel was reasonably clean but did have a coffee spill in the elevator that should have been cleaned up before the maid staff shown up the next morning. Some minor repairs were needed but nothing much. ”
