“This place was so cute and cozy. The gardens and fire pit were amazing! It's location perfect; right off campus and within walking distance to anyplace on campus. Stairs leading up to second level are a bit steep but nothing a healthy knee can't handle.If you are there in the summer, be sure to cross the street and buy some of the fresh corn. It's amazing!We will definitely be staying again!”

“We had such a wonderful stay at the little country house. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved being on the farm. Deb was so kind and helpful which made the whole trip stress-free. The central air was a lifesaver in the August heat, and the location couldn’t be better for a quick trip to the racetrack. We appreciated how close it was to all the conveniences of Knoxville. Kristi was friendly and very responsive to messages, which made our stay even easier.”
