No wifi 😔, staffs need to improve their customer service and please I highly recommend to their staffs to trained them how to welcoming the guest with smile.”

We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. ”
