“The privacy ”

“The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere.”

“The property is very well located, and host answered questions and requests all the time(excellent) however the property requires some maintenance such as: paint, replace some light bulbs and upgrade the TV in Master bedroom. ”

“La propiedad está muy bonita. Y los alrededores igual. Me llamó la atención que todos los locales cierran a las 8pm y los lugareños comentaron que el área es algo peligrosa. No me gustó que me cobraron extra 5 dólares diario por el parqueo. Parqueo muy seguro y cómodo. ”

“The place was really as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host also helped us arrange car service from and to UIO, they were on time and easy to meet. Check in and out is secure and easy as it's with a guard who is at the front desk at all hours. ”
