“The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere.”

“Mi nombre no estaba registrado en la recepción , el guardia de turno poco colaborador , hasta que llegó otro guardia del edificio y nos ayudó. Llame por teléfono a la dueña del departamento y me respondió 10 minutos después pero fueron eternos , pensé tendria que buscar otro lugar , el departamento fue pagado con un mes de antelación.”

“Location is convenient with ggod views. 24 hour doorman, always very nice. The bad...communication is non existent with the owner..I sent texts by whatsapp and emailed and both were ignored. I left a couple of weeks ago and never did get a response.”

“The privacy ”

“Estuvimos con mis amigas una noche, pero maravilloso todo desde el ingreso, la atención del guardia 10/10 , las instalaciones perfectas, muy nuevo la cama súper rica , definitivamente volveremos, el departamento con todo lo necesario, muy bien ubicado, seguro, la comunicación muy adecuada y con gente amable y calida.”

“The communication between the owner and myself was amazing! The amenities that were included really made my stay even better. Best part, security guard is always in the lobby and are friendly! The location of this apartment is great. It is nearby restaurants and Supermax. Need to add we were able to see a live concert from the roof top. The scenery from the apartment was beautiful.”
