“My spouse and I loved this property, it was the perfect place to unwind between our daughter rehearsal, and wedding. It is very well maintained, spotless, and had a lot of space for all of us to unwind after two really long days. “Great property with great location in the heart of downtown Defiance!”

“You get what you pay for. Barebones basics covered but we usually want more from our accommodations. Still the price was right. Floors could have been cleaner and top sheets would have been nice. No bed side tables or lamps for you bedtime readers. Should note the outdoor steps are a bit challening for certain people.”

“Absolutely stunning home with Newly renovated bathrooms, Tucktaway in a quiet neighborhood. I sometimes wondered if anyone else lived on the block because there was a little traffic so close to town. The house was more than exceptional when it came to communication and letting himself be available at any time to speak with. “This place was used as summer housing for an internship in Lima and had everything needed. The neighborhood is quiet, location is perfect, and property manager is responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to Lima.”

“This house was perfect for our trip to Lima to see a show. The house was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal, including a well stocked fridge! “We were in Ohio to visit family and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place was perfectly tucked away in a nice area, beautifully decorated and was a great choice for us. Only recommendation is to have better cleaning prior to stays. Some areas such as the fridge were not cleaned although most of the unit was clean. May be helpful to add more towels for multiple guests, and have hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small things, awesome place!!”
