“This house was perfect for our trip to Lima to see a show. The house was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal, including a well stocked fridge! We stayed in the cold weather, so we couldn't try out the pool, but it looked nice. The location was a super cute and walkable neighborhood, and it took no time to get around to our destinations. “We were in Ohio to visit family and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place was perfectly tucked away in a nice area, beautifully decorated and was a great choice for us. Only recommendation is to have better cleaning prior to stays. Some areas such as the fridge were not cleaned although most of the unit was clean. May be helpful to add more towels for multiple guests, and have hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small things, awesome place!!”

“We couldnt get in or get ahold of owner at check in time, so we couldnt cancel before check in time. Home is in a bad neighborhood. Kitchen cabinets full of junk and pans etc were nasty. Fridge was dirty and mildew in freezer. Bedroom1 pillows were brown and old. Bedroom 2 there was saw dust all over the bed and there was either mold, or bug feces onbox springs. “Absolutely stunning home with Newly renovated bathrooms, Tucktaway in a quiet neighborhood. I sometimes wondered if anyone else lived on the block because there was a little traffic so close to town. The house was more than exceptional when it came to communication and letting himself be available at any time to speak with. If there was a category for luxury class furnishing, amenities, location, and overall comfort this home would deserve to be in that slot. The pier square footage alone at the……

“This place was used as summer housing for an internship in Lima and had everything needed. The neighborhood is quiet, location is perfect, and property manager is responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to Lima.”
