“Great location on a quiet downtown street! Walking distance to Byward Market, University of Ottawa, Parliament Hill and many other attractions. The hotel is a few blocks from a Farm Boy for grocery shopping and there are many restaurants and pubs nearby on Elgin St and Bank St. Thanks to Kaity in the SOHO Residences office for all her help before and during our stay! We hope to be back.”

“The price was high for this property. It’s listed that it can accommodate 10 people. We were 3 adults and it worked for us but it would be tight with more than 6. “Host was responsive up until after our first call and speaking to them when we were in the place. “We never got to use it cancelled Friday morning left us high and dry some people were already in route . Terrible customer service never offered to help find alternative accommodation. Fortunately we got 3! Hotel rooms these plans were made in August. Some flew in to Syracuse for it. Was refunded I guess haven’t seen it yet”

“The property was exactly what we wanted.Easy access, safe and close to location of the event we were attending. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well kept. If ther was anything negative to say it would probably be the mattresses. A little worn.”
