“We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. The house feels secluded yet close to shopping. The house was stocked and had tons of toys, bikes, puzzles, and river gear to use. I appreciate how attentive and kind the homeowner was as well. We……

“We rented this location for our softball team, and it was definitely worth it. It was spacious with many rooms and plenty of space inside and outside to accommodate all of us. The kitchen area has two large tables to accommodate large parties comfortably and the A/C for this Texas weather was great. It’s an older, but comfortable house to accommodate your large parties and the location is not far from the highway and close to everything you need, but also far enough for quiet time to enjoy and……

“My family and I were so impressed with the location and the property the home sits on. So peaceful and a great place to take pictures if you’re a lover of nature photography. The home was so spacious and you just felt at home and relaxed. The cows were also a pleasant sight to see and made very little noise. If you are looking for peace, calm and country tranquility; this is the perfect place! We will definitely be back! Also, the pictures they have for this place just doesn’t do justice, this……

“Great secluded house on a large property. Very clean house on the inside. All the amenities you could need are there.”

“Very nice and accommodating BnB inside and out. Close to the river that we went for. Easy check in. Host messaged be back quickly about questions that i had. We brought an extra comforter because someone said the bed was uncomfortable and we slept just fine. Will definitely rent again next time we go to the river!”

“This spacious modernized historic home has a modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a lovely backyard. It’s literally a block from downtown Gonzales. We didn’t use the pool because it’s March, but it looked very inviting. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Gonzales.”

“This property was perfect for our COTA weekend. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Louis’s properties and have been completely satisfied both times. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Check in was super easy and communication was prompt. Lockhart is an awesome friendly town. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this host.”
