“We had a great time at this house in Seguin. Two families and three generations all enjoyed this place that had lots to offer for everyone. We love to play all sorts of games and this property (plus what we brought ourselves) provided endless opportunities to play over three days. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.”

“We rented this location for our softball team, and it was definitely worth it. It was spacious with many rooms and plenty of space inside and outside to accommodate all of us. The kitchen area has two large tables to accommodate large parties comfortably and the A/C for this Texas weather was great. It’s an older, but comfortable house to accommodate your large parties and the location is not far from the highway and close to everything you need, but also far enough for quiet time to enjoy and……

“We stayed with family friends for the weekend and had a great time. I highly recommend using the mule to drive around the property to see all the wildlife. We saw plenty of deer. The space itself had plenty of room. There is an air mattress available, but if you have more than 6, it’s a good idea to bring another air mattress. It’s far from any convenience stores or grocery stores (which is how we wanted it), but come with everything that you will need in advance. ”

“We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. The house feels secluded yet close to shopping. The house was stocked and had tons of toys, bikes, puzzles, and river gear to use. I appreciate how attentive and kind the homeowner was as well. We……
