“Property was very clean. The mule rentals at first seemed little expensive but over the 2 nights we stayed the kids had a blast riding around the property on them and seeing all the different types of animals, so definitely worth it. Wouldn’t even been the same without them. Plenty of accessories to use inside the house, very good sized rooms and comfortable beds. We’re already making plans to go back again before school starts back up. Definitely recommend. Very peaceful and quiet and……

Our kids had a blast swimming and having access to the river was a big plus, this house is amazing but needs a little attention here and there with minor fixes throughout the house.We would have rented the small cottage with the main house for our stay, if we would have known that we would be sharing the property with others. “We were looking for a nice house, in a quiet area, on the river, a short drive to New Braunfels and San Antonio. River Bend in Sequin certainly delivered. It is a beautiful property with lots of shade for hot summer days . The house is very well maintained and had a great layout for our family of 11. The supplied kayaks, games and outdoor recreational equipment were awesome. The two person kayak was very nice, as we had small grandkids who couldn't have gotten out on the river without it. Very……
