“great taj personnel service . Very good . However the property was old and the rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. Local staff was not helpful in trying to get me a inexpensive taxi and kept pushing me to use their expense hotel taxi . They need to do a better job in getting local taxi to the guest . ”

“Great location with a short walk to Candolim beach. Swimming pool was nice and clean. Friendly and courteous staff throughout the hotel. Also, taxis are right across the street. ”

“Very smooth check in, reception staff were very helpful & courteous. Room was absolutely lovely, good layout, very clean & great view of the pool. Bed was so very comfy, pillows great & shower pressure good. Daily cleaning, fresh towels & free bottled water was a lovely touch. Our room was ground floor, right by the pool which was good but could be a little noisy early morning with staff in & around. The pool is cleaned daily. It was definitely a relaxing environment, no reserved beds like some……

“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”
