“When we booked this Hotels.com did not let us make special requests like they usually do. We are both highly allergic to pet dander and if no pet free rooms we wanted a room on the top floor near the elevator. Jacob checked us in and gave us what we needed. He was excellent!!! Our room was great and the breakfast was good. The woman working at breakfast was very nice. We loved the colors in the lobby etc. so much better than just plain white!!!”

“The hotel was very nice but we got in very late and the front desk clerk acted like we were a nuisance. However the breakfast attendant was very sweet. We just needed a pit stop so it served it purpose.”

“Took a couple minutes to be let on the building since it was a later check in and the door was locked and the employee wasnt at the front desk but the call to see if my room was as expected was nice”

“I found the property overall to be clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed to have to search form floor to floor to find an ice machine that worked. West & Main restaurant a block away was very good. The Underground Lounge downstairs was lots of fun. I was not impressed with the breakfast. The fruit should have been tossed days ago.”
