“Charming compact studio unit that I rented during a ski trip. A lack of communication before the reservation created problems at check in but were resolved with VRBO customer assistance. However, communications with owner thereafter were excellent. Property is well maintained and I enjoyed the hot tub amenity. “When we arrived, we were a bit unsure of our choice. The outside of the building was rustic indeed. However, the inside was furnished beautifully with modern conveniences. The place was originally built in the 1800’s! It fit into the historic town of Ouray perfectly and was within walking distance of two different waterfalls. The community was friendly and safe. It had beautiful scenery and was within driving distance of many natural attractions. ”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at Tom's house. It's a perfect location - a great neighborhood with greenspaces and pathways easily navigable to downtown where we enjoyed walking and biking for meals and entertainment. Tom's house also had a beautiful and open kitchen and gathering spaces (both indoor and outdoor) that were just delightful for morning family breakfasts and porch sitting as we watched the sun go down over those stunning mountains.
