“There are signs all around that said location was being worked on and apologized for the construction. Which was great. However as a first time visitor I think the staff and the location could take the extra mile and give me the heads ups as well. Especially when my room was located in the same floor as the rest of the construction. There were no signs such as "Closed beyond this point" that I walked past my room without realizing it.”

“The hotel was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the coffee in the room and that coffee was offered in the lobby in the morning. There was also a fridge in the room. My only complaint was the bed was so high off the floor. I’m 5’7” and practically had to jump to get on the bed. I can see that being an issue for someone short or elderly. It was also nice that it was next door to the casino, bar, grill and steakhouse.”

“The hotel is very understaffed at the reception desk. If 3PM is check-in time, there should not be just one person checking in guests. There was a line of 10 people waiting while reception took 20 minutes per person to accomodate their reservation. Other than that the hotel is very clean. ”
