However, what really stood out was the exceptional service from the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left behind a necklace that was very dear to me and didn't realize it until a couple of days after checking out, as I had gotten sick. I reached out to Marriott via Instagram, hoping they could assist me. To my relief, the housekeeping team had found the necklace and kindly sent it back to me. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and thoughtful care in handling my request. This experience really made my stay even more memorable. Thank you!"
