“The condo was spotless when we arrived. Everything was clean and very well organized. We will certainly make the Little Matterhorn one of our preferred places to stay in Estes when we have the opportunity to return.”

“Nice view of the mountains and close to town, there was even a couple of deer we would see daily.”

“This place was absolutely amazing and I already miss it. The view you get for the sunrise and stars at night are unforgettable. The condo was very clean, well kept, and very spacious. The balcony was so comfortable and relaxing to sit out on. The only issue I had was it’s a little tricky to find because there’s a tree in front of the number. The town and stores nearby were also enjoyable to walk around as well as visiting Rocky Mountain national park. I would definitely love to stay here again! ”

“I loved this property. There was a few things that I didn't like. The pull out bed in the living room is broken. There are zip ties tolding things together. Then the bunk beds down stairs are not safe. The top bunk needs to be braced properly. It is not sturdy enough for anyone of any size. Then there was a tv down stairs but it didn't work. It would only play DVDs.”

“The building was small but nice. Had almost everything that you would need. Only real complaints is that you only had 1 outlet per room, except the living room. The stove is electric but heated fast. Have a propane grill to cook with also. ”
