“Very clean and nice sized bedrooms. Living area is a little small if you have a larger group but doable. Great hot water and pressure in the showers. Huge plus!If you are a washcloth person, there were no wash cloths in the lower level shower. There was only one sharp knife that wasn’t very sharp in the kitchen. If you have a large group there were only 7 forks and no hand towels in the kitchen.Coffee, filters and some seasonings were provided. Nice cabinet space in kitchen.We really appreciated……

“My parents, my toddler, and I stayed at the guesthouse for 2 nights while seeing family in the KC area. It was more than enough space for the 3 adults to relax and the toddler to run. The location was close to great parks and restaurants. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond. You could hear whomever lives upstairs occasionally when they were home, but we went in understanding that would be possible and took advantage of sound machines. We will definitely stay……

“Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, big living room, good size dining table for a sit down meal together. Basement a little cold at night. Could have had more towels/bedding items available. Kitchen well stocked with the basics, pots and pans. Overall a great place to stay with a group or Family.”
