“I purposefully stayed at the hotel because it was close to the party that I was visiting. I wanted to walk to my friend's home. I know that this is more of a city issue, but the lack of sidewalks around the adjacent four way intersection had me walking on grass and over street curbs. The intersection was only open to pedestrian crossing at two out of the four way crossings. A continental breakfast would have been welcomed, especially at the well above average lodging price.”

“The hotel staff were extremely friendly, welcoming us in the moment we entered the lobby. The breakfast was warm, fully stocked, and clean. Our room was comfortable with blackout shades.”

“Very very old fixtures, fridge, microwave. However very clean. My room was small but I do not need much space. I have personally seen and purchased nicer chairs and tables at Goodwill. The desk chair did not adjust, so I sat as a low rider at the desk. Mrs. Patel (mgr) is very kind and suggestfull of places to see in Lawrence. The internet reception kept going in and out so I had to re-connect frequently.”
