“This was hands down one of the cutest most eclectic places I’ve ever stayed. The historical home was decorated so nice and the attention to detail was impressive. It was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. We stayed in Betty’s Attic. It was so cozy with unique sitting areas and numerous little cubbies and window seats. “Facilities were inviting and appealing for this road tired traveler. The desk clerk, mgr/ was extremely helpful. We had a dog and a new puppy with us and he placed us in the most convenient room for us. We had reserved a room in advance but on a different floor. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. “Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite.
