“Facilities were inviting and appealing for this road tired traveler. The desk clerk, mgr/ was extremely helpful. We had a dog and a new puppy with us and he placed us in the most convenient room for us. We had reserved a room in advance but on a different floor. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. “This is an older property, but is maintained nicely. My car broke down on the interstate heading back to Chicago. Management was accommodating by allowing me to check in hours earlier than what is normally acceptable. I can walk to the repair shop in just a few minutes as well as Chili's and mini-markets and a variety of other locations.”
“Stayed for two nights and was very pleased. Everything was clean and the front desk friendly. I did not get to try the breakfast so I can’t speak to that. I did have dogs which I love being able take with me on trips and there were plenty of grassy seas to take them for walks. Very handy access to highways and shopping. I would definitely stay again. ”
“We had a late check in after the Chiefs game, and check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and well maintained. We were however woken up right before 8 am by the housekeeping crew cleaning the room next door, and other rooms close by. It was pretty loud, and could hear their conversations outside the door. Honestly, that would be the only complaint. We made our way down to breakfast at 9, and normally with most other hotels, if you come during the last half of breakfast it's slim……
“Everything was great. The room was very clean and staff were very accommodating. Room was a bit cramped for 2 beds, so getting around to closet was tight. Other than that it was great. ”
“Stains could be seen everywhere, the floor was not vacuumed, leading to food on the ground. There was a weird scent looming within the room and the stain ridden beds were uncomfortable.”
