“Very clean, felt safe for being in a city, we are a little bit country, staff was so friendly! Anytime we go back to Kansas City we will be staying here. “Great location especially if staying for a concert at the T-Mobile arena, didn’t like our room location. First floor by the elevator in which you hear everytime it’s being used. Our room didn’t have a window which was very unusual. Felt confined. Shower door didn’t stay closed while using. ”
