“La Quinta Hotels are usually my “go to” chain of hotels because they have a decent price for a good, comfortable room. This particular hotel was clean, well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower head having barely any water pressure and immediately we were changed to a new room and for the inconvenience, given a better suite. All in all, I highly recommended.”

“The Origin is new and tidy and very well run. But the rooms are European-style small - with built-in benches instead of chairs (my six-foot-two inch husband was not thrilled) and tiny open closet spaces. ”

“This hotel is one of a kind. It was designed beautifully, and is well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly from the front desk to the bartenders. I don’t get to KC often but might have to plan a trip just to stay here again!”

“Very nice area, the lobby is gorgeous, they have a self checkout for the convenient area, didn’t get a chance to try the coffee pastry area but was excited about that. However for how much we paid for a one night stay there was a stain on the carpet (wasn’t sure what it was) and the bathroom door knob seemed to be broken. Other then that everything seemed nice.”

“Stayed here one weekend for 2 nights. Check in was okay, except for them charging to park in their large, private lot. Carpeting throughout the hotel needed to be vacuumed. Elevators are very slow. Rooms are suites with a door to divide the space which is nice. Bathtub was slow to drain. The place is definitely showing its age. Breakfast was good. We stayed two nights and left the first morning expecting housekeeping to make the bed, stock towels and TP. We came back to the hotel late in……
