“We loved the location and the large grassy area was a 5 star for our dog. The house is a perfect layout for a vacation rental. Since there were only 2 of us, we didn’t use the upstairs. The bed was very comfy and the living area was a good layout with comfy furniture. We feel that there were things that a good maintenance review and cleaning company could help overall. Some of the outdoor furniture is broken, while other pieces seem to be brand new. One of the screens on the porch was……

Didn't care for the amount of mosquitos (prevented us from having a bonfire) Also we were blessed to watch 2 families of geese and several goslings roam the property. ( which also created a lot of droppings ) The lake would have been great to kayak on, if the weather wasn't rainy, windy and SO MANY mosquitos....... Over all the home is in a great location for several of the areas attractions. Everything is within a peaceful 1……

“Had a great time in the eastern UP and this was the perfect location. Love that the back yard is mostly fenced in for the dog. Apple trees in the yard! TV in every bedroom! plenty of space to spread out. Everything was nice a clean. WiFi was fast!”

“We spent a week at this wonderfully appointed home with our adult children and grandchildren. It was absolutely amazing! Lots of fun things for the kids to do at the home because of the large fenced in side yard and access to Lake Michigan. There are quite a few steps to get to the lake but they are manageable and the lake is just breathtaking plus the home offers two nice kayaks and lots of sand to play in. The backyard has a fire pit, gorgeous views of the lake and has a very private feel. The……

“The house was in an ideal location for us. Made traveling back and forth to the wedding venue and reception very easy. The house was ideal for everyone in our party. The few troubles we had the host was very receptive and friendly. Helped us with work arounds for the situation we were having. Would glad stay here again. ”
