Considering the remote location, hiring a self-driving ride for transportation might be a good idea. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and bedding are clean. While food delivery may not always be available, booking a cab is an option.”

“me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant……

“這是我一家第二次來渡假的酒店,我訂的是3房連泳池別墅,酒店安排的是4房別墅. 一進屋內,第一時間見到的竟然是一條蛇,約一呎長,它急速逃竄.這樣的情況下,必然是睡得不安心,但酒店竟然以太晚安排不到為理由而拒絕換房(當時是早上3:00).原本我 housemaid 是被安排睡在大廳 sofa上,但由於害怕蛇出沒關係,我要求酒店把第4房間開放給我們,竟然也被拒絕,理由是房間只是雜物房,沒有睡牀,housekeeping 又沒有鑰匙. 到早上,我發現所謂的雜物房原來真是一間有兩張單人牀的睡房,我馬上找經理理論,得到的回應是,已upgarde 了我們住4戶別墅,但因訂的是3房,所以第4房間不開放.再者已派人跟進蛇情況,蛇是怕人的,應該已走了.另外酒店已fully book,無房換,最終就的一句 I am so sorry. 但游泳池只得3位日本人在游泳,我不可能相信是 fully book.”

“Die Anlege ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war sehr mager und bei Abendessen viele Gerichte waren nicht vorhanden. Im Meer konnte wir auch nicht schwimen, wril daf wassrr sehr schmutzig war. Außerdem ist die Anlage sehr ausgeschieden, und in der Umgebung ist nichts.”

“唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了”

“We rented a car from the airport and drive to here (within 1h). It is near Chillva market and Andamanda Water Park (within 10min drive). It is also close to Phuket Old Town (within 15 mins drive) with lots of beautiful cafe and restaurants there! This hotel is relatively “high tech” and would recommend you to download their App if you need their services (rather self serve style). It is also pets friendly. We were staying at building C which is quiet, we do not hear any noise at night and……

"Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk. The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. "
